Hi, I’m 18 yrs old and I’ve tried everything out there! Rather if it’s diet pills, supplements, or taking the hollywood drink. Tried it and it didnt work! So, I need to lose some fat on my belly and love handles and back, and I really need some advice to what is the best fat loss diet product out there! If you tried it and it worked, suggest it, PLEASE! Thanks!

What they’re telling you is a whole bunch of crap!

Do you really think you can count calories???????? Did you know that a calorie is smaller than the smallest microcel in our body???

The most popular protein supplements are no more than milk with the nutrition extracted leaving the whey which is then sold for several times the amount you would pay for dehydrated milk. The result is you get less nutrition and spend more money. How does that make sense?

Your body does not store protein as it does fat. It makes the protein it needs when it needs it. And, if you’re building muscle, it needs it over the entire recovery time between workouts and not just before or just after working out. I’ve probably gained back a little of it. So, what’s a natural weight-loss supplement that could help give me the little boost I need to make it to where I want to go?

okay, so I know almost everything there is to know about losing weight effectively. I love to give advice to people on how to lose weight. Am I in good shape? Hellz no! I am 50 lbs overweight and 21 years old in college. I know all this stuff about losing weight, yet I cannot apply to myself. Why am I not strong enough to do this? I can barely resist eating. I love food so much. Taco bell, pizza, quesadillas, hot pockets, cola, the list goes on. I am addicted to food, I eat when I’m not hungry because I crave the taste of it. I have asked for the strength to resist these temptations but to no avail. It seems hopeless that I will ever be average weight. I dont’ need weight loss advice per se…I need ways to become strong enough to resist my strongest temptations…any suggestions?
I should mention that I do get up off my butt and try to stay active, I’m not that lazy, it’s just that the amount of calories I am able to consumer is far more I can burn off at my activity level, in the shape I am in, I can’t do extremely heavy workouts, in fact running hurts my legs, any kind of weight training will deal a lot of pain, right now, I basically try to walk a lot, because it’s basicall what I can do right now without noticing bad side effects.

You need to go to therapy to find out what the underlying cause may be. it has to be more than a craving…maybe a hormone imbalance or something medically or mentally out of whack. you need to start exercising and eat fresh fruits/vegies, berries and fiber when you want to eat the junk food. occupy your time with reading, walking, hanging out with friends, etc. attend church. having God on your side always helps.

***Above is from a manufacturer that lists an 8 oz serving as only having a mere 2 grams of carbs. Another webpage lists the nutritional listing for 1 large egg white as being .3 carbs. (which roughly coincides with what the bodybuilder sites say). But, Egg beaters brand of 100% liquid egg whites contains only egg whites, yet states on its package label that 3 tablespoons=1 large egg white=1 gram of carbs. 1/2 the package would be 8 oz=about 15 tablespoons=5 grams of carbs! If you are on a low carb diet (like in Wendy Chant’s “Crack the Fat Loss Code”) there is a huge difference between 2 grams of carbs and 5 grams of carbs in an 8 oz serving. Wendy states that 1 whole egg (size not listed) + 3 egg whites only has 1 gram of carbs. How can Egg beaters possibly state that only one large egg itself has 1 gram of carbs? I called up the questions hotline and the girl (who could not answer my question) referred me to www.usda.gov (which I could not make heads or tails of). If the carb count in one large egg white is about .3, why wouldn’t egg beaters round down and say that 3 tablespoons of it’s product has 0 carbs (or at least put what I see on labels a lot: < 1 gram per serving)?

***Do manufacturers of food products always have the choice to round up or down arbitrarilly if a food has less than 1 gram of a nutrient? Everything I am reading about egg whites, whole eggs and other brands of liquid egg whites clashes with egg beaters label stating that a mere 3 tablespoons of its 100% liquid egg whites has 1 whole gram of carbohydrates. This also clashes with Wendy telling me that I can eat 4 egg whites and 1 yolk, yet only consume 1 gram of carbohydrates!

manufacturers of foods like egg beaters or any other packaged food usually lie on the box to get people to buy their products. also, websites and such can sometimes have wrong information.
what i would recommend doing would be to just buy real eggs and separate the yolks from the Whites and cook them up to eat them. that way. you won’t be getting as many of the preservative chemicals and artificial proteins that are in packaged eggs. i would also go with what your diet says if you believe that it’s working.
