my advice to you all, the best way to lose lower belly fat is to 1) eat healthy 2) just do a lot of cardio that makes you sweat and gets your heart beat fast 3) every once in a while give yourself a treat (maybe a donut) I lost 6 kilos of fat in less than 3 months and I’m as healthy as it gets

Planks target your obliques, your sides as well as tightening your core by lifting up. As far as people being rude for her appearance, fuck off. You don’t have to do her workouts. They work and if you don’t like what she looks like, that’s your problem.

Yes because you’re doing cardio AND these help tone loose wiggly fat. You will burn more doing the mile and this!
